The new function is pL not rP.  You turn pL up to 100 to enter
all 6 digits instead of just the last 4.  I believe a pL setting
of 1 is the default, allowing 4-digit entry.  I would also assume
that a pL setting of 10 allows entry of 5 digits.  This is not
described very well in the mod.  The rP "on" setting puts the radio
into the automatic power save mode where the radio gauges how much
output power to use based on the input signal power.

Also note that my newer W21AT does not receive 900 MHz, but my
friend's older revision does.
