Michigan QRP Club was established in 1978 with the goal to promote low power communication, adopting the internationally recognized power levels of 5 watts or less.

The club net is held weekly each Tuesday night on 3.535MHz. The net starts at 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Members and Non Members are encouraged to check-in. All amateurs are welcome. Operating QRP is not mandatory. Net control will respond to your sending speed.

Members are encouraged to monitor the 3.535MHz frequency for random chats with MI QRP members. Also by operating on this frequency it is possible to recruit like minded operators to join the MI QRP Club.

Subscribe to the MI-QRP Club Reflector by clicking here: Yahoo Groups. The reflector is used to maintain communications with fellow MI QRP members and for you to receive updates and notification of club activities.

There are monthly breakfast gatherings. Those wishing to attend should check the Breakfast  page for location and times. If there is not one in your area, start one and send the webmaster details for inclusion on the Breakast page.
