will be used. Specialty nets may be established on the secondaries, tertiaries,
or other open frequencies, if necessary.
Also included on this page
are:
* the preferred digital frequencies
* frequencies used by RACES in neighboring

Frequencies used by Morris

| * NOTE:
In northeastern Morris County, access to the WS2Q
repeater (146.895 MHz) is available via links sponsored by the Butler
RACES/OEM:
 | 444.925 MHz, WB2FTX/R ( + 5.00,
PL 151.4) |
 | 147.135 MHz, WB2FTX/R ( + .600,
PL 141.3) (eff. 10/23/02) |
This link should provide coverage for Butler,
Riverdale, Kinnelon, Pompton Plains, Pequannock and hopefully Lincoln
Park. Because signals will favor the north, it should also extend
coverage into northern Passaic county, i.e. Bloomingdale, Wanaque,
Pompton Lakes, Ringwood and West Milford. Both machines and the link to 146.895 are emergency powered. The 2 meter machine has auto-patch and speed dial
functions which are available to RACES/ARES members; contact
