and welcome to my site. My name is Yvonne M6BUN, QTH Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England. My interest in Amateur Radio started in 2005, when I met my other half John G0DPC. Then, hearing his radio in the background, I became an SWL. Once John had developed his toolbar for Amateur Radio in 2007, I became its' secretary, and am now responsible for the calendar, where you can find details for hundreds of Rallies/Hamfests worldwide. Not content with just listening to John on the radio, and wanting a piece of the action myself, I undertook a Foundation Course with Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society, and passed my Foundation Licence on 2nd April 2009.

I have a son, Jonathan, and John has 4 children, and 5 grandchildren.

As well as amateur radio, I love crafts - especially cardmaking, lacemaking, and crosstitch. I also play the violin, as well as singing in a local choir.
