The society met at the Merlin (formerly BBC) club in Penrith until February 2007 when the Merlin Club closed due to the re-development of the centre of Penrith.

A new meeting place has been found! As from
the April 2007 meeting, the EVRS will be meeting at Penrith Royal British Legion
Club. The R.B.L. club is at the bottom of Brunswick Road and car parking is
available in the public car park behind Woolworths which is accessed from
Brunswick Road.
In the maps below the R.B.L. Club is shown in orange and the car park in blue.
