Radio Amatuer since May 2003 and fully licenced in January 2004

For HF I operate a Yaesu FT-902DM together with matching FC-902 ATU and SP-901 speaker unit. My HF antenna is a home-brew closed-loop tuned for a full wavelength at 7.075 Mhz at 6 meters above ground. Previously I had a Half-G5RV at around 4 meters above the ground. The loop is a much better antenna on both receive and transmit. Further up the spectrum, I spend some time on 2M with a Trio TR-9000 rig and a very small vertical antenna. I have also recently discovered EchoLink which adds a dimension to Ham Radio.

Warning! These photos are temporary, taken on 10th Jan with a borrowed (and cheap!) digital camera. They needed a lot of tweaking because of the awfull contrast etc! Plenty of high quality photos in stock but scanner broken!
