The Five Towns Amateur Radio Club is a newly formed club, the main station address being located about 1 mile east of the City centre of Stoke On Trent

The aims of the club are to provide training in as many aspects of
Amateur Radio as possible. We will be providing Morse tuition,
training courses for the Advanced, the Intermediate and Foundation
Licences, examinations for all classes of licence and intend to hold back-up courses for newly licensed Amateurs explaining much of which is not covered during initial training.

We will of course need to seek some advice and invite Amateurs from outside the Club for talks on some of the specialist subjects.

For our social evenings we meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 8.30 at the Norton Arms public house, Norton,
Stoke On Trent. Visitors and new members are welcome to join us on any of these evenings

RAE instruction by Alan (G7UIE) takes place in the shack on Monday evenings

Intermediate and Foundation Licence training takes place in the shack on Tuesday evenings.

We are a registered examination centre for the Advanced,
Intermediate and Foundation examinations
