PA - Always turned off, works in a second when needed.

After listening to the power amplifiers cooler for a few years I finally had the urge to do something with it. The first thought was to lower the coolers speed by implementing an automatic temperature controller. The sound wasn't that loud anymore but just until the second QSO the lamp heats up very fast. And the amplifier has to be turned on all the time since by the time it heats up all the DX will be gone. That's why I'm returning to the good old glass radio lamps. This picture gives an interesting idea.
