Well there is few possible ways for the QSL exchange.

1. QSL via the LY QSL bureau.

2. QSL Direct. Please send QSL with SAE (including 2 USD or 1 valid IRC) or SASE to:

3. Request for QSL. I think there is a possibility to reduce the risk by sending the letter with payment by mail. As I already have a PayPal account you can simply transfer 2 USD or 1,5 Euro to my account - just send it to ly8o[ @ ] ot.lt  in PayPal system and mail me QSO data with your address or confirmation that your address in QRZ.COM is correct. And I will send you my QSL card by Air Mail. As well as LY1PM or LY0HQ - I am a manager for both calls. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
