QSO were made from the beach near Carova Beach in Outer Banks, NC.
Setup: TS-480HX, SGC SG-500 amplifier,Screwdirver antenna with Texas Bugcatcher coil on the top,
and DX Engineering capacity hat.

Here , in USA, I never had real 160m antenna.
Beside true mobile antenna, I also used 12m Spider Beam telescopic pole attached to the hitch of Toyota RAV-4 , but no radials.
