The Liberty County Emergency Communications Amateur Radio Club (LECA) is located in Hinesville, Ga. Hinesville is located to the SW of Savannah, Ga. just outside of Ft. Stewart. Hinesville is the county seat for Liberty County. Our primary repeater is on 147.015MHz with a plus offset. The repeater is operating with the call sign KG4OGC which is the clubs call sign. The repeater is located on South Main Street on the water tower. Its antenna is also located about 130 feet on the top of the water storage tank.
At the present time we are not operating as the club but rather as an ARES Group (Liberty County ARES Group) as explained on the main page of the site.
