A talk on general hospital communications geared toward the amateur radio operators.

-- Duane Mariotti (WB9RER) of Riverside, CA --

I am the coordinator for the Kaiser Permanente Amateur Radio Network (KPARN) in Southern California.

I am writing you for two reasons:

 1. I provide a talk on general hospital communications geared toward the amateur radio operator. This talk has been presented nationally as well as locally and is typically well received by the ham radio community. If your group is interested in a speaker, happy to assist.

2. While KP has many internal radio operators, KPARN is always looking for additional members who would like to specifically support our hospital emergency communications needs. If there is anyone in your organization, or a note in your newsletter concerning this, it would be appreciated.

You may visit the KPARN website at www.kparn.org for further background information.

Thanks in advance for your consideration.
