Otto Holm LA9UX

Welcome to my HAM Radio Website!

My primary interests in amateur radio is in the VHF / UHF bands, and general contesting.

I also like programming in Pascal / Delphi – and have many ideas for good ham radio programs that may be done in the future!

I got my license back in 1979 and started as an active ham working from LA1K (Club station for students at the Technical University of Trondheim).

Later I have been a member of LA1T which is the amateur club station in Tønsberg, Norway. We are usually active during the activity contests on 2m every 1.tuesday of the month.

During wintertime we operate from the QTH of LA6LCA (Leif) – and in the summertime we move outdoor to a small island called Hvasser.

Cu in the 2 meter activity contests every 1. Tuesday of the month – I operate from the club station.

Professionally I work as the research manager of Jotron Electronics a.s.

To ensure that your beam is pointed towards LA1T in the activity contests, I have put together a small program that shows your beam heading on a locator map.
