These are the photos taken on Kanton and Fakaofo during 1999 "Double Trouble" DXpedition to Kanton (Central Kiribati) and Fakaofo (Tokelau). Wartime photos of Kanton are taken by Bill McCarty who spent 19 months on Canton in 1944-45 with the 1531st A.A.F. Base Unit, Pacific Division A.T.C.
