General labour experience

� One year as an assistant janitor at TOBB - Havstad Borettslag,
  1966 - 1967. Part time.
� One year as an assistant at a local grocery shop 1966 - 1967. Part time. 
� Four years at HOTEL PHOENIX (reception clerk) parallel to highschool,
  1967 - 1971. Part time.



Administrative labour experience

� Started SENTER-NOR, a private firm in 1976.
  The firms business areas has been sales and repairs of cellular phones, amateur-radio products,
  CB - radio, and VHF - commercial radio, from 1976 to 1993. From 1991 till today, 
  mainly consultant business within administration, IT and telecommunication.

� Development of sale and distribution organisation within Holiday Magic, Inc. - 1972 to 1974.

� Founded, together with three other persons, TRADECOM AS in 1986. 	
  Employed as general manager from 1986 to 1990.	
  The company had it's business within sale, installation, service and repairs of satellite-TV equipment,
  cable-TV equipment, BC - radio, commersial radio, cellular phones and various products within 
  consumer electronics.

� Co-founder of MALVIK KABEL TV AS and MELHUS KABEL TV AS in 1987. 	
  I was chairman of the board in both companies the first operating years.

� Chairman of the board in the company MONASTERIO AGUAS VIVAS NORGE AS, 
  from 1989 to 1993.
  At the same time functioning as the acting general manager in Norway,
  and "Co - Presidente" in the spanish company MONASTERIO AGUAS VIVAS SA, 
  in Valencia, Spain.

Economical work experience

� Have run my own firm, SENTER-NOR since 1976. 
  Runs all accounting and economical affairs myself.
� Wide economic experience from running the companies :
  Tradecom AS, Melhus Kabel TV AS, Malvik Kabel TV AS,  
  Monasterio Agus Vivas Norge AS and Monasterio Aguas Vivas SA, Spain.
� Runs economics and accounting in Jums Renholdsbyraa.

Project - Management in the technical arena; - my experience

� During 1978 to 1983 I was project manager for a large communication project, 
  where "Trondheimsgruppen av NRRL" built a complete communication-central
  (reapeter and node network unit) for wireless voice and data- transmission. 
  The communication central was built from scratch, located at a mountain top,
  at 1050 meters above sealevel, - with large climatical challenges.
  Supply of power to the site was included in the project.

� During rehearsals for TRLSBBN in 1984, I was operative responsible for deployment and testing of
  the Signal Corps' then new HF - mobile communication system (HF-1).
  This was the first time the reserve Army - Signal Corps was to use this new system. 
  Administrative responsible was colonel Hauglien, from the Norwegian Armies HQ / Haerens Vaapenskole Samband. 
  This was a large project.

� During rehearsals for TRLSBBN in 1988, I was operative responsible for deployment and operation
  of the telecommunication network for "the battle judges", on UHF and VHF. 

� During 1990 till 1993 I was co shearing, with a Peruvian counterpart,
  the project management of an environment project, in Peru. We worked with the Ministry of Mines,
  Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Fisheries
  in Peru. The object was to establish a major project to clean up the environment in mines, 
  rivers and fishery-factories, - with aid funds from Scandinavian governments.

� During rehearsals for TRLSBBN / Brigade 12 in 1995, before, during and after the large maneuver
  Strong Resolve (Nato's largest maneuver in the world in 1995), I was operative responsible for
  installation and operation of the air backup telecommunications for the allied forces. 
  This was a very large, demanding and challenging experience.

� Consulting and implementing of a telecommunication network for United Nations agencies in IRAN, 
  during ultimo 2001 and primo 2002.
  Working for UNICEF, together with other UN agencies in the Islamic Republic of IRAN.



Experience from teaching - training
                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
� During 1976 to 1980 I was instructor for NRRL, Trondheim.
  I taught radio technics, national and international radio regulations, operation technics and telegraphy. 
� I have many years as an instructor at TRLSBBN, mainly within telecommunication and
  data transmission for personnel in the reserve Army. 
� Many years of internal training of personnel in the companies Senter-Nor and Tradecom AS.
� Teaching and training of UNICEF personnel in IRAN ultimo 2001 and primo 2002.



Technical Experience; -  Electro, Telecommunication and Data

� 7 years with electronic production of maritime alarm systems
  at AUTRONICA AS, 1971 - 1978. 
  Production, service, repairs and quality control of electronic equipment.

� 8 years in the marketing and sales department at AUTRONICA AS.
  Technical support for eksternal sales personnel, and for customers,
  from 1978 to 1986.

� Technical Officer at the Army Signal Corps, Troendelag Sambandsbataljon,
  - until our unit was "put to rest" in 1996. 

� Several courses, rehearsals and maneuvers, as a participant and as an instructor,
  within telecommunication and data transmission.

� Wide technical experience with installation, operation, repairs and service
  of telecommunication equipment and data terminals, in the companies
  TRADECOM AS and SENTER-NOR.

� Many years of experience from projecting & planning, installation and service on

  "Amateur Radio"(telecommunication and computers within 
  LF/HF/VHF/UHF and SHF).

� Wide telecommunication experience in a large telecommunication and 
  data - project (1978 - 1983), where "Trondheimsgruppen av NRRL" built 
  a complete telecommunication central (repeater and node network unit)
  for wireless voice and data transmission.
  The telecommunication central (VHF/UHF wireless HUB)
  was built from scratch, located at a mountain top, 
  at 1050 meters above sea level, - with large climatical challenges.

� I have built several large complete HF - radio stations.
  One of the things they have been used for, - is to win several national championships in "Radio Sports".
  In these large HF - radio projects, I've used comprehensive combination of radio
  (telecommunication) and data (software and hardware).

� I've designed and installed networks of PC's, freestanding or in combination with radio stations.

� In 1991 and 1992 I did some service on HF-radio installations in Lima, Peru.

� In 1995 I was a part of a "radio sports" project in Manilla, the Philippines.
  I was reponsible for "the antenna-park" and the IT-works.

� In 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997 I participated in setting up HF-radio stations in Thailand and Burma.

� Telecommunications for United Nations - UNICEF in IRAN 2001 - 2002.
