MS Leonids 1998 - JO59FH
I am one of those lucky guys who experienced the peak of the Leonids in 1998. A special thanks to Erwin, DG3GAG, who insisted on a sked early in the shower. I had wanted to wait for the night between 17th and 18th, but I believe Erwin must have been clairvoyant !!! If it wasn't for Erwin, I would have had my beauty sleep all the night between 16th and 17th.
All QSOs on 144 MHz.
Rig: Yaesu FT-736R + solid state linear with 130 W output + antenna 17 ele Tonna yagi 10 mAGL.
