In April of 2001, we were enroute from Kansas City to Virginia Beach VA. The following pictures were taken outside of Kansas City at the Basswood RV Resort and in Lincoln Nebraska where we visited with some of Leigh's relatives, and stayed at the Pawnee Lake State Park..

We finally arrived at Virginia Beach. Ah, the ocean in the Springtime! We stayed for the first 11 nights at the Seashore/First Landing State Park which was right in the sand dunes. Beautiful! After that, we towed the RV over to the Virginia Beach KOA, mostly to get full hookups (there were none whatsoever at the State CG) AND a real telephone line.
