A certificate of membership is issued to each operator of The Jokers Net in good standing. You become a member by having checked into the net at least two times. There being no dues or other qualifications, the Jokers Net is a very loosely structured association... without officers, dues, contributions, rosters, committees, or meetings. As a member of the Jokers Net, you are simply encouraged to check in each week day, participate and have fun!
