Hello and welcome to my homepage. I have found building this site to be a very interesting experience. There is a wealth of information out there (cyberspace) that can assist you in building your own web page. I have placed links to some of the greatest web building information and tools under the button labeled Great Stuff. If you have a few minutes check some of them out.

I am somewhat of an Amateur Radio buff and relatively new to the hobby. Although, I do not spend nearly enough time doing it. I am attending college full time at the University of Maryland and trying my best to raise my two beautiful children, I share this task with my lovely wife Alison.

My previous callsign was KD4SOR and this was the beginning of my fledgling Ham life in Pensacola Florida under the inspiration and guidance of my dear friend AA1HG (John C. Howard). I spent from 1993 to 1996 in Naples, Italy working very hard to obtain my DXCC to no avail. I managed to work over 150 countries (I know that you only need 100 confirmed) and confirmed only 86 of those. I found it very difficult to get confirmation on a lot of the countries I worked. Maybe someday I will finish my DXCC and join the elite of Amateur Radio.

I currently reside in the Washington, DC area and work only 2 meters on the Waldorf, MD repeater. If your in the area give me a call, I would be delighted to talk to you.
