The A QRP Club is a small group of Amateur Radio enthusiasts who enjoy building, operating and (mostly) talking about Low Power radio communications, equipment and systems. Originally the members all lived in the Austin, Texas area. We now have members throughout the known world including San Antonio, Dallas and Drippin' Springs.

QRP Club is somewhat exclusive...you
must show up at a meeting! We have about 60 folks on our e-mail list
and about 10-15 show up at the meetings. We often have visitors from
around the world and Round Rock, home of the Round Rock Express Baseball
Club.

A QRP Club seeks dedicated, responsible QRP'ers to represent the interests of the Club in all regions of the world. International Representatives of the A QRP Club are our ambassadors of goodwill in the international community and therefore are required to meet high standards of social behavior, skill in the radio arts and able to eat copious quantities of chili and chicken fried steak.
