My current interest is the new mode of PSK31. A good article describing this HF digital mode is found in May, 1999 QST. If you don't have QST, you can go to The Official PSK31 WWW Homepage to find out more about this new mode. It has very narrowbandwidth, which will allow more stations in already crowded band (all that is really needed is 100 Hz.) Also, it is great for weak signal work. I can use my cw filter receive position and tune in a PSK31 station that is right next to a Pactor signal. Tune in to 14.070 Mhz and listen for the warble-like tones.
