Phase Shift Keying @31.25 bit rate

Developed by Peter Marrtinez, G3PLX (creator of AMTOR). It uses a binary code to translate text to data and phase shifts the carrier rather than frequency shift, i.e., RTTY. Excellent weak signal performance and narrow bandwidth. All you need is a computer and a sound card. The software is FREE:
