Darin M. Dykes

Hello! Welcome to my World Wide Web experiment!

HAM RADIO

FLIGHT SIM

TECHNO

There is an idea going around that the popularity of the internet is responsible for a decline in amateur radio. Personally, I don't see how the two can be separated. Techno-geekism is techno-geekism no matter what the medium. Both benefit the other, especially in skills learned, should that be the direction your life takes you.

This is my first attempt at web page design, so bear with me. As I learn more, there will be more gadgety stuff to show.

I guess most people use web page design as some sort of personal expression. If so I must be expressing my desire to learn.

DISCLAIMER: I am not, in any way, claiming to be, or representing myself as, a 'techno-geek'. Make your own decisions.  Smile.gif (1006 bytes) But Nitrozac, who draws After Y2K (the geek comic strip), says I qualify :-) Or you can check my bio.

I have almost gotten all the parts together for a Linux box. The irony in this is that I start a new job at the end of July working with NT workstations.

You can email me here ,here, or here.

These pages optimized for use with the logo.jpg (1794 bytes) 3.0  web browser. Get it yet?

Just wait till I get my Linux box going!!!

Viva la revolucion!!!
