Fred's Hobbies are Amateur Radio, Model Railroading,
Railroad Video (Commercial, His Friend's and His Own) and Camping.
He loves to tinker with electronics. He is an Advanced class Amateur
Radio Operator and is active with his Amateur Radio club - The
Arkansas Radio Emergency Services, Inc. - where he serves as the
newsletter editor. He also serves as the RACES Radio Officer for
the City of North Little Rock, AR and is the system operator (sysop)
of it's Amateur Packet Radio Bulletin Board. Fly fishing has become
