A little about KG4PPW. My family and I currently live in Orange Park FLorida. I have been a technician for about a year now and still learning more about ham radio. I plan on learning morse code in the near future to upgrade to get on the HF bands.

My shack has gone thru a couple of radios. My first radio was a Kenwood th-d7 ht , then I added two different 2M mobile radios, I added an alinco 6M FM radio before settling on a Yaesu FT-100D. My racecar radio throttled back to the technician band( one day I will be able to put to full use ). The antenna's are simple . 2M is a radioshack ground plane scanner antenna mounted on the chimney next to 6M ground plane on a 8 foot mast. You are visitor number since 09/25/02
