Michael Hancock - B.S. Mathematics - Arlington State College (1961). Ph.D. Neurophysiology - University of Texas Southwestern Medical School (1969). Faculty of the The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas (1969-1997). Carried out research on brainstem regulation of cardiovascular function. Retired with full professorshp in 1997. Invented and patented a navigation system for the blind. Experimented with microwave electronics for past 10yrs. Interests include: 10gHz and 24gHz CW radar; 24gHz pulsed radar; fast data transmission at 24gHz; tropospheric scatter of microwaves; radio astronomy.
