This is a 2.5kw Philips MRI driver amp. I am in the process of converting it to amateur use. There were six amplifier boards to start. I decided to remove two and use a 4 port splitter/combiner and have a couple spare boards. The connections were easy.
The transistors are BLW96 same as MRF-150. 50vdc and 24vdc and away you go. If you find one pick it up! Very easy to connect and put into service. I will update this page when amp is complete. 1 watt in 1200 watts output!
