Membership Application

Dues are $30.00 annually (July 1 through June 30). Additional family members are $15.00 annually. Please
prorate through June 30 if dues are for less than one full year. You will receive a copy of our bi-monthly
newsletter, the "Ragchewer", with your paid membership. Additional family members do not receive their
own copy. "Please include a copy of Amateur License for all persons on application."

Membership badges are available for $6.50 each. These badges are handsomely engraved with the club
name, your first name and callsign. Badges will be distributed at the next breakfast meeting unless other
arrangements are made for delivery.
