I just wanted to say hello to everyone of my ham friends out
there on CARA...
All is going well here in Ohio.. Working, working, working, six
days a week.
Not on the air much. Mostly on line after work. At least I work
at home,
dial in to digital dictation system, transcribe reports and modem
finished
work back. Neat... in winter I sit here in sweats and fuzzy slippers
and
work. Now it is warming up and my "professional wardrobe"
consists of
shorts, tank top and bare feet. Sounds like CARA is growing and
getting
stronger. That's super. It is the best 2-meter and 220 repeater
around.. I
sure do miss everyone... so 73 and BIG 88 to everyone...
Ruth KD6KBO... P.S... too bad about the Lane Victory trip. that
is a neat,
fun thing to do.. been there done that and would do it again.

GARLIC CHICKEN STIR FRY By Mary KC7YRZ
SERVES 2-4 PERSONS

in pan with 1 to 2 T. oil. Saute until garlic starts to brown-
then add cut up chicken strips. Add lemon pepper seasoning
to lightly coat chicken then add (Morton Natures Seasons

stir often until chicken starts to brown-then add 1 tsp corn
starch to 1/2 C. cold water (mix well) Add to chicken and
stir until thickened. remove from heat - add dash of soy sauce
if desired-( we like it without soy sauce).
*while chicken is cooking -cook Ramon Noodles as directed
on pkg.
*Also steam vegetables- with 1 chicken bouillon cube.
To serve-place noodles on plate first-then cover with vegetables
then chicken on top. Serve with Hot Rolls if desired.
Enjoy!!!
