* Ok It seems to be working but I dont hear anything
Sometimes there are long periods of silence on the airwaves, especially Sundays and Mondays..

*How does the Sleep Timer Work?

*Its still not working.. Give it some time, it takes a minute or two to load the codecs for the first time.

*Why is there sometimes a HUM? Some radios transmitt ctcss (tone squelch), that is the hum.

The Volume is really low....Check your "Wave" Volume

*Why cant I listen? Theres possibly too many people listening at one time.
*Bandwith limits about 10 users at one time, try again later.
*You may have to click the (right triangle) PLAY button if your connection was interupted.

*Why does it take so long to close when I try to close the scanner window?
It takes a few seconds to close the compression codecs, its perfectly normal....however older systems may crash if you click close repeatedly.

*Why do I need to download a windows media player update?
The update is because the compression software verison is recent to provide you with the best quality possible for the bandwith.
Windows media player has the best compression ratio that is compatiable for this application.
Not everyone will need the update, if the play button and volume control are greyed out (not clickable) you need it.

*Whats with the timeout message?
This is to prevent the server from overfilling if you forget to close the window, after one hour the scanner will timeout.
