Welcome to my Amateur Radio home page. Plenty of information here about me to give
you an idea of what makes me tick. |
The home
comms station—this the view from the master bed. Gear includes the Radio Shack HTX-10, a
13.8 VDC power supply, and the control box for the MFJ 1786 Super Hi-Q Loop
Antenna. Also pictured is a plug-in
speaker for the radio. I know there’s
not a lot of decorations yet—no callsign plaque, award certificates,
etc. Well, I’m just getting started in
home operation, so you’ll have to cut me some slack. |
The mobile
comms station—most of my operating has been done here so far. The HTX-10 is on the dash, and a Radio
Shack CB/10m mag mount is on the roof, trimmed to 28.4 MHz. |
