KF4KPR's Homepage

Hello, my name is George Chisenhall. Jr., I am an amateur radio operator, and a I live in Columbia, South Carolina. I have an FCC assigned amateur service call of KF4KPR (ok, ok, I'm still to cheap to get a vanity call). I am currently licensed as a technician class operator, but I hope to upgrade to general and, advanced class as soon as I get my code speed up to 13 wpm. Radio gear that I currently own includes a Kenwood TM-241A two meter mobile / base transceiver, an Alinco DJ-G5TY dual band two meter / 70cm handi-talkie, a Radio Shack Pro-90 (Same as the Uniden BC-235xlt) trunktracker scanner, a Uniden BC-350xlt scanner, a Radio Shack Pro-2030 scanner, a Radio Shack Pro-39 Scanner, and a Radio Shack Dx-390 HF receiver. I have a seventy-five foot Rohn 25 tower with a Decibel Products db-224a commercial antenna on top for my two meter station, and a ground-plane antenna at approximately 30 feet for my monitoring equipment. I am a member of the Palmetto Amateur Radio Club, and the Columbia Amateur Radio Club in which I serve the Club as vice-president.
