The Crescent Hill Amateur Operators' Society is an amateur radio operators' club affiliated with the American Radio Relay League.We are located in the Lower Midlands of South Carolina halfway between Columbia & Charleston. Better known as "CHAOS", the club maintains several 2 meter voice repeaters as well as a packet radio network. Founded in 1989 the club strives to provide strong community support providing emergency radio communications during disasters and foul weather as well as assisting with providing personal message communications to military and others overseas.
