Membership

Thank you for your interest in the Walnut Ridge Amateur Radio Club! The Walnut Ridge Amateur Radio Club strives to maintain a quality repeater system that is well balanced and not overcrowded. This ensures everyone an equal opportunity to use the system and communicate with others in a timely fashion.

Please note that the use of the repeater is open to the general amateur community, however the control of the IRLP (and other functions) is reserved for the donating members. To learn more about IRLP and the guidelines for the use of IRLP, please click <HERE>

Travelers & Visitors: If you are going to be or visiting the Southern California Area and would like to use the IRLP Node, please send an e-mail to, jps200@charter.net. Please include in your e-mail, the dates you are visiting, your Amateur Call, and of course your e-mail address you would like to be contracted at. Within a few days we will get an e-mail back to you.. 

The Walnut Ridge Amateur Radio Club requires a Membership Donation. This donation helps to cover some of the costs of the operation of the repeaters, Auto-Patch, and other expenses. Some of these costs are rental fees, Phone Line, insurance, and of course general upkeep. All repeater equipment is privately owned and paid for by various individuals.
