Thanks for checking in to the KE4KE page.

I have gotten a bit of my ham station up and running. The HF rig has an 80 meter dipole hooked to it. It does need some more work though. Two meters is up and running for local use. We have been running mostly simplex. The packet station is working in listen mode with a PK-232. The PK-232 is also wired to the HF rig. The HF rig is a Kenwood TS-140S. Two meters for local voice work is a Radio Shack mobile rig. There is two meter sideband, Kenwood TR-751A, but it does not have an antenna up yet.

The scanner is finally running so I have scanned in my Amateur Radio license plates.

Tennessee should send me a new one soon.

Below I scanned in my all time favorite QSL card. We lived in Anchor Point, Alaska for three years while I worked for shortwave station KNLS. Dave owned the local commercial broadcast stations.
