Personal Web Page of Gene Joner

Hello! Welcome to my personal web page. I hope you'll enjoy it.

I'm currently a private music instructor at Beacock's Music in Vancouver, Washington. Since 1990 I've worked at Beacock's Music both as a sales
associate and General Manager before becoming a saxophone instructor in 2003. As a private music instructor, I've had the opportunity to work with
local area middle school and high school saxophonists on a variety of styles including jazz and classical.

My interest in amateur radio began in 2002 while serving on the worship team at Living Hope Community Church in Vancouver. It was during this time
that I became friends with Steve Strickland "KJ7NE", who also served on the worship team at Living Hope.

"I find myself at times listening in awe to amateur radio operators communicate with one another via an invisible signal. In a day an
age when electronic devices seem to dominate our culture and society expresses it self electronically; the ability to communicate with
other amateurs thousands of miles away is indescribable!"
