REBANDING has been completed on this entire system. Older scanners not reband capable may receive traffic, but will miss calls. Current programming software usually has a button to auto-populate the custom bandplan table required, if you need to enter it manually, this will work:

It is my understanding that all scanners that are capable of following a rebanded system can operate knowing just the control channel (CC only mode), rather than requiring a frequencies on the system be programmed, as older models did. The control channel is listed in the fourth column of the list below. Where available, a complete frequency list can be found by clicking on the site name in column 2.
As I've said often on these pages, I am a big fan of the original Trunker program. I've tried the newer Unitrunker program, and I'm not impressed with it. Using PLAN=0, and a little manual editing, Trunker will follow rebanded systems. To encourage the continued use of a great program, and to save people from having to repeat math calculations I've already made, I am making my trunker files available here. Just click on the site name in column 2 to view, or right click, then save file as..., to save to disk.
Callsigns can be looked up on the FCC database. Lat/lon coordinates on Streets and Trips, Google maps, Google Earth, Mapquest, or whatever else suits your preference. For convenience, I've also have this list available as an online spreadsheet, for import into map programs and GPS devices.

UCAN has a webpage. The two items of interest to scanner listeners that can be found on it are a .pdf file describing the intended use of regional, ops, event, and helicopter landing zone talkgroups on the trunked system, and conventional 800 MHz frequencies used for short range tactical communications off the trunked network, or when out of range of the network, and a map of conventional 800 MHz repeaters, intended to cover rural areas where the trunked network has not yet been built out. The frequencies used by these conventional operations can be found on my statewide interagency frequency list.

In column 3 (priority), most groups are set at 50. I usually have trunker's threshold set at 50, so groups with column 3 >50 are not monitored. Those groups set at 99 (the lowest priority) are data telemetry, those at 90 are public works, and those at 60 are police service (records checks) channels. A few groups, with the best action, are set to 30.
