800 MHz Motorola System 0B22 - Brian Leifson

When I first monitored this system in 2004, I did not detect any traffic at all. Now (January 2010), after monitoring for a week, I have found a grand total of 6 radios using it! The trunkgroups they use are type I, so setting a fleetmap is necessary to listen.

To the best of my knowledge, it is open to new subscribers, but is not being actively marketed. Interested parties could find contact information by looking up license WPQA705 on the FCC's online database.

The location appears to be the KBYU-TV transmitter site on Mt. Vision, aka. Pix Peak, in the Oquirrhs between Nelson Peak and Curry Peak, offering coverage of Salt Lake and Utah Counties.
