Salt Lake International Airport

Displayed here are results from monitoring these systems with trunker.exe v 3.8.3. For programming a trunktracker, all you need is the frequencies and talk groups, highlighted in red.

Motorola Trunked System 3521, Airport Operations

Update, 7 Oct 2008: All users on System 3521 are being migrated to System AC33, with the intent of shutting 3521 down and intergrating it's frequencies into AC33. As of today, very little traffic remains on this system.

Update, 20 Jan 2010: A few talkgroups remain active. Could the decision to take it completely off the air have been rethought? Please drop me an email if you have any information.

Motorola Trunked System 7F3A, Delta Air Lines

This is a 900 MHz system. A lot of trunktracker scanners will only trunktrack 800 MHz systems. If you own one of these, you can still listen, but you won't be able to decode talk groups. This can make it difficult to follow conversations.

I have not tried to identify specific users. Searching the FCC database, and monitoring the frequencies, would be the place to start.
Let me know what you find.

Taxi's

Taxi's at the airport had been using CB's. (In case you were wondering why cabs in SLC had CB's installed, now you know). More recently Yellow, Ute and City have all been having 151.855 MHz, DPL 754, programmed in for use at the airport.
