Leo is originally from Romblon, Philippines and now residing in Southgate, California.  Besides being a member of Spider ARC, he is also a member of Kalayan ARC, Lotus ARN, Eagle Rock ARC, Radio Inter-Zone Amateur League and the FILAMARS of San Diego.

Leo shares his hobby with his wife Flora, KF6FRA, and his two children, Reggie KE6PVJ and Lootchie KF6LMY.
