Our mission is to provide volunteer resources as trained emergency reserve personnel in support of EMA activity with special emphasis on amateur radio RACES support for the DeSoto County MS Emergency Management Agency and served agencies for the region.

Event	Description
Updated Training and Emergency Nets	Both the Training and Emergency Nets have been changed so specify the 145.35 repeater in Southaven as the backup repeater. The reason for this is the 145.35 repeater on top of the hospital has a fulltime generator backup. The updated Training Preamble page and Emergency Preamble Page also include links to the updated PDF versions.

Event	Description
Training and Information Net	Please check into the DeSoto County Emergency Training and Information Net on the 146.91 repeater every Monday night at 8:30pm.
Monthly Ham Testing	If you are interested in either taking your first HAM radio test, or testing for your next level up, check here to for more information.
DeSoto County EMA Reserve Meetings	DeSoto County EMA Reserve meets every 1st Tuesday of the Month. Meeting will be held at 260 Motor Scooter Dr, Nesbit, MS 38651. MAP Meeting time will be 6:00pm-7:30pm.
