Underwater World

The underwater world is a fascinating place to visit.  It is a habitat and world of many marine organisms as well as some predators to humans.  Most species found underwater are afraid of humans until evoked to attack.      Marine vertebrates (having a back bone, fish etc.) and invertebrates (no back bone, jelly fish)  will attack when cornered,  fortunately attacks are mostly mistaken identity.  With the underwater a little more friendly below are some pictures.

The pictures to the right were taken at Aquarena Center while completing my Open Water Dives.  Aquarena Center is located in the headwaters of the San Marcos River, created by the Edwards Aquifer and provides water for Austin and San Antonio.
