I really enjoy my ham radio equipment that a police car was a great idea since is is perfect for radio antenna installation.
I have really enjoyed using the ham radio gear with my daughter who is only 3 1/2 years old. She talks alot of 3rd party with other ham radio operators. I have decided to use a retired police car for personal use and found it works great for ham radio gear besides commercial radio equipment. My ham shack on wheels consist of a Kenwood TRW-4000A dualband mobile, a Alinco DJ-V5T dualband Hand Held, a Yaesu VX-5R Tri-band compact Hand Held, a RS HTX-245 Dualband HT, Uniden VHF 25 watt two way mobile unit. I have 4 antennas to accomodate all the radio equipment.
