This is one modification in frequency for the FT8000.
The straps are one the front panel, look this front panel's scheme :

The french's jump position are

No connected : R01 R02 R03 R05 R08 R09 R11 R14
Connected    : R04 R06 R07 R10 R12 R15

On the french "free" version the jump's position are :

Disconnected : The same than start position + R04 and R06

Becareful when you are desoldering the surface mount composants and the
circuit board are very fragile !!!!!!

After removed this two jumps and closed the transceiver you do a reset :
Do Pwr + Mr/Vfo + Rev

I don't know what are the real fonction of this jumps but now my
transceiver are extended Tx and Rx range. Becareful don't transmit out of
your licence's range !!!
