have modified ft50 by removing pad jp3  resistor 0 ohm r 2048 which should
give 120-220 320-500 tx when cpu reset by holding lamp ptt & contol knob on
switch on.Display shows cpu reset, not band=a1 so cannot set to band=all
think all sets are a1 american band.desoldering jp3 only gives 140-175 .420
-470 tx which mine does ok.Can any body help, also has any one used ad1ms
computer interface which I think will give band=all.Regards to all,john vk5arK
