Each month, except during the summer, The Maryland Emergency Management holds a drill on the second Tuesday. These drills usually center on a specific scenario. The scenario for specific months will be posted here as they are announced. During the drill messages are passed in the format of a STIREP (a confidential form) and/or an ICS-213 - Revised. At this time there are several proposals being considered for use by the Maryland State RACES officers. If and when a form is selected it still needs the approval of the local Emergency Managers meeting as a whole. The forms that can be viewed here are: Option 1 presented by the State RACES Officer Option 2 suggested by a local RACES Officer Option 3 Excel format of Draft From State RACES OFFICER
