Virginia RACES  (VA RACES) Training and Refrerence - An excellent site for just about all the informantion you could ever desire - References about Auxillary Power, Battery Primer, procedures, Amber Alert system.  They have also included their 13 training modules. The modules that have been examined are excellent.  This is a four star site!
