THERE IS NO LONGER MORSE CODE PROFICIENCE TESTING
REQUIRED BY THE FCC AS IN THE PAST
THERE ARE 3 CLASSES OF LICENSE IF ONE COUNTS THE TECHNICIAN
CLASS WITH AND WITHOUT THE PAST CODE ENDORSEMENT.

THE OLD NOVICE CLASS AND THE
NEW TECHNICIAN CLASS HAVE BEEN COMBINED
