Abilene/Taylor County Skywarn Information 24 April 2007 Get your ARES/RACES application In order to participate in Skywarn activations/nets, you need to have proper training and be allied with the Amateur Radio Emergency Service and/or Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service.
