All that's needed for PSK31 operation is a personal
computer running a suitable operating system (such
as Windows 9x/XP, Macintosh, or Linux/GNU), a 16-bit
sound card, a simple interface to your HF rig and
your choice of several freeware software programs.
14.070 USB is the most popular 20 meter frequency, but
other "hot" frequencies are popping up in the 40 meter,
15 meter and 10 meter CW/digital bands.
